Mike DiPiano

Michael DiPiano is a Co-Founder, Managing General Partner, Managing Partner, Partner, and Managing Director at NewSpring Capital.

Prior to joining NewSpring, DiPiano co-founded Allianceone, Inc., CalAmp Solutions Holdings, Inc., GEM HR, FemmePharma, MessageLink, and Vytek Wireless. He serves as a Director of Dstillery, ACG Philadelphia, Open Road Integrated Media, Inc., Mobiquity Inc. FemmePharma, Inc., FirstBest Systems, Inc., Message Systems, Prescient Systems and Vytek Wireless. He served as the Chairman of Internet Pipeline, Inc. and served as the Chairman of Maxwell Systems.

Mr. DiPiano holds an M.B.A. from the Stern School of Business at New York University and a B.S. from Pennsylvania State University.
