As President of Interactions, Cathal is responsible for accelerating the company's growth and advancing the customer service industry’s digital transformation through the development of industry-leading platform updates.
McCarthy brings more than 25 years of experience in sales, marketing, and project management to the team. He is a seasoned technology and customer experience executive, having spent 16 years as a Worldwide Senior Director at Apple and two years as eBay’s Vice President of Global Customer Experience and Worldwide Partner Management. Most recently, McCarthy served as Chief Customer officer at Tigo Energy, and Chief Operating Officer at XSELL Technologies.
Cathal holds a BA in Economics and Sociology from University College Cork and a Masters in Economics and Finance from St. Patrick’s College, Maynooth.
