She prides herself on helping companies delight their employees and customers with the latest technologies to service their needs among the ever-changing customer service landscape. Before joining Interactions Jessica led Customer Success teams as well as sold technologies in various SaaS companies with a focus on healthcare, innovation, and customer satisfaction. She holds a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from Becker College and dual-Masters degrees in Organizational Leadership (MSOL) & Business Administration (MBA) from Nichols College.
