Elevating the Customer Journey with Conversational AI

Modern customers decide the 'what, when and how' of customer service. However, the growing number of customer service channels are adding to the complexity of engaging and interacting with companies. While speaking is the easiest and the most natural form of communication, many customers feverishly avoid 'the call' and resort to digital channels such as chat, SMS, smart speakers etc. But when designed poorly, these channels can prove to be as exhausting as waiting 'on hold' for eternity. At Interactions, our mission is to create amazing customer experiences by advancing AI technology that understands and engages at the human level. This mission is enabled by the ability to seamlessly blend AI and human understanding at real time, across multiple channels. At the heart of all this is The Interactions Way - our unique and proven-at scale formula to define, design, deploy, measure, continuously improve and certify conversational experiences for enterprise customer service. Join us to learn more about The Interactions Way and how our technology can elevate the customer journey across channels.
