As Executive Vice President of Sales, Sri oversees the Interactions sales team and plays an integral role on the senior leadership team in advancing the vision for Interactions Intelligent Virtual Assistant (IVA) platform and expanding the business. 

Chawla brings more than 25 years of consulting and sales experience at leading technology companies and a proven track record of executing aggressive growth strategies that ensure high-quality customer experiences. Previously, Chawla served as Managing Director at Accenture, where she led business development activity for Technology Sales and drove significant sales growth across multiple service offerings. Before that, she was a Partner and Global Sales Leader at IBM, where she spent more than ten years leading business development activity in consulting services, software, and Watson Industry Platforms.

Chawla holds an MBA in Strategy, Marketing, and Organizational Behavior from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
