Charles Galles

Charles has worked with ASR systems in industry for over 20 years with a special focus of bringing ASR functionality into production usage at scale. Prior to working in private enterprise, Charles studied and implemented speech recognition technology for government applications. Charles currently leads the Interactions team delivering ASR and NLP models and new features to support new types of models for Interactions' production applications.
