As a Principal Inventive Scientist at Interactions, John is responsible for increasing the sophistication of automated customer call care by incorporating advances in natural language understanding. Prior to this, he has worked on using machine learning and natural language processing to improve application software, dialog systems, and text analytics. He holds a BS from New York University and a PhD from the University of Delaware.
