Mary joins Interactions from Fidelity Investments, where she served as Vice President of Human Resources and led strategic talent programs and innovative people practices for the retail business, making it one of the most sought-after places to work in any industry. Before that, she was Senior Vice President at Putnam Investments and oversaw talent acquisition, employee relations, performance, professional development, diversity and inclusion and compensation.

Mary began her human resources career working for PepsiCo on Pizza Hut, designing the chain’s overall management recruitment strategy across the Northeast region—but that wasn’t her first time leading a team.
