FRANKLIN, MA – June 5, 2018 – Interactions, LLC, the leading provider of Intelligent Virtual Assistants (IVAs) for enterprise brands, today announced Jim Freeze has joined the company as Chief Marketing Officer. He joins Interactions to spearhead the company’s marketing initiatives and extend market leadership in modern customer engagement.

Jim comes to Interactions with more than 25 years of experience leading marketing teams at Fortune 1000 and other enterprise technology companies, a history which includes proven success in all aspects of marketing, sales and business development. Building on his extensive experience, Jim will focus on brand strategy and awareness, thought leadership, product marketing, demand generation, creative services, and public and analyst relations.

Most recently, Jim served as the Chief Marketing Officer at Aspect Software, where he was responsible for all aspects of global marketing, including product management, product marketing, branding, advertising, customer experience and demand generation programs. Prior to that, he served as the Chief Marketing Officer at Crossbeam Systems, where he implemented a go-to-market strategy that resulted in market-leading growth, capturing more market share than any network security vendor in Gartner’s semi-annual report. Over the course of his career, he also held c-level marketing roles at Genuity, 3Com, and Level(3) Communications.

In addition to his professional career, Freeze invests in real estate and is an avid college football fan, following The Ohio State University, in particular.
