Award recognizes Interactions VCA for transforming collections industry contact centers
FRANKLIN, MA – February 10, 2021 – Interactions, LLC, one of the the largest standalone artificial intelligence companies in the world, today announced that the Interactions Virtual Collection Agent (VCA) has won a Bronze Stevie® Award in the New Contact Center Solution category in the 15th annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service.
The Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service are the world’s top honors for customer service, contact center, business development and sales professionals. Judges in this year’s competition evaluated more than 2,300 nominations from organizations across 51 nations and in an array of technology industries. Winners were determined by the average scores of more than 160 professionals worldwide in nine specialized judging committees.
Designed specifically for Accounts Receivable Management, Interactions VCA fields questions about debt, securely processes financial information, and performs payment negotiation plans, all using natural, human-like dialogue. By bringing Conversational AI to the complex and highly regulated collections industry, Interactions has pioneered efficient and compassionate transactions that ensure personalized, mutually beneficial payment plans.
“As collections contact centers struggled with skyrocketing call volume during the pandemic, Interactions has been able to facilitate meaningful contact center transformations in the accounts receivable management space,” said Errol Apostolopoulos, SVP of Product Management at Interactions. “The response to our new product among some of the largest financial service institutions has been extremely encouraging, and it’s an honor to be recognized for the positive impact we’re making amid today’s unprecedented circumstances.”
Already, Interactions VCA has helped many collections agencies as well as numerous enterprises, leverage AI to deliver exceptional customer service while fielding an increased volume of inquiries. For example, since deploying their customized VCA, a leading collections firm has seen a 15% increase in agent conversion rate, a 60% reduction in wrong numbers handled by agents, a 30% increase in the probability of speaking with the right party, and an overall increase in customer satisfaction.
“In the toughest working environment in memory for most organizations, 2021 Stevie Award winners still found ways to innovate, grow sales, please their customers, and secure new business,” said Stevie Awards president Maggie Gallagher. “The judges have recognized and rewarded this, and we join them in applauding this year’s winners for their continued success.”
