Fadi Chehadé and William O’Brien join Interactions Board

FRANKLIN, MA – October 12, 2017 – Interactions, LLC, a leading provider of Intelligent Virtual Assistants (IVAs) for enterprise customer care, today announced the addition of two new board members, Fadi Chehadé of ABRY Partners and William “Bill” O’Brien.

Fadi Chehadé is a Partner at ABRY Partners, Senior Advisor to The Executive Chairman of the World Economic Forum, a fellow at Harvard’s Kennedy School, and Executive Chairman of Vocado LLC. He is an expert on strategic transactions in the digital information and Internet sectors and is the former President and CEO of ICANN, the global authority managing the Internet’s logical infrastructure. Chehadé founded several companies, including Viacore which was acquired by IBM in 2006 and RosettaNet – an IT Industry Coalition establishing pioneering standards for e-Business.

William “Bill” O’Brien currently serves in director roles at publicly traded technology companies Mercury Systems (NASDAQ: MRCY), a leading commercial provider of secure and safety-critical processing subsystems for defense applications, and Virtusa Corporation (NASDAQ: VRTU), a worldwide provider of IT consulting and outsourcing services. O’Brien also served as Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer for Enterasys Networks. Prior, O’Brien held several senior management positions for PricewaterhouseCoopers, including Chief Operating Officer of Coopers & Lybrand and Global Managing Partner of PwC over a 33 year career at the firms. He is an SEC qualified financial expert.
