A former Accenture and IBM executive, Chawla brings over 25 years of leadership experience to Interactions 

FRANKLIN, MA – May 5, 2021 – Interactions, LLC, one of the largest standalone artificial intelligence companies in the world, today announced that Sri Chawla has been named Executive Vice President of Sales. With over 25 years of consulting and sales experience at leading technology companies, Chawla will join the senior team in advancing the vision for Interactions Intelligent Virtual Assistant (IVA) platform.

In her new role, Chawla will oversee the Interactions sales team and play an integral role in senior leadership as the business continues to expand. With a proven track record of executing aggressive growth strategies that ensure high-quality customer experiences, she will leverage a collaborative, team-based management style to deliver strong results for Interactions and its customers.

Previously, Chawla served as Managing Director at Accenture, where she led business development activity for Technology Sales and drove significant sales growth across multiple service offerings. Before that, she was a Partner and Global Sales Leader at IBM, where she spent more than ten years. Chawla holds an MBA in Strategy, Marketing, and Organizational Behavior from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.

Interactions has continued actively growing its leadership team in 2021, most recently announcing the appointments of Candy Digges to Senior Vice President of Customer Success, Susan Hura to Director of Conversational Design Services, and Tom Axbey to Interactions’ Board of Directors.
