Nagle joins Interactions to lead product innovation and growth as the company brings modern customer care to enterprises globally.

FRANKLIN, MA – November 2, 2017) – Interactions, LLC, a leading provider of Intelligent Virtual Assistants (IVAs) for enterprise customer care, today announced Robert Nagle has joined the company as Chief Technology Officer and Chief Product Officer. Nagle comes to Interactions with more than 35 years experience leading enterprise technology ventures in the Boston area, serving industries such as health, design, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, financial services and government.

Nagle joins Interactions to lead the evolution of the company’s impressive war chest of intellectual property and to extend market leadership in the modern customer care space.

Building on an extensive career bringing emerging technologies to market, Robert will help drive innovation in Interactions’ award-winning IVA products and technological solutions.

Nagle has spent his career delivering leading-age technologies to enterprises as immensely scalable and reliable software products. Most recently, Robert launched a startup providing large scale data analytics for the enterprise. Before that he helped InterSystems achieve a 12x increase in revenue, making it a leader in data platforms and analytics. Prior to that, Robert served as Vice President at Molecular Simulations, a provider of molecular modeling and simulation software for life science and materials science research, and as Vice President at Automatix, the first company to market industrial robots with built-in machine vision. He also held technical leadership roles at Cognition and Computervision.

In addition to his professional career, Nagle is an active volunteer in Boston and New England. He is a trustee at Museum of Fine Arts, Boston; a mentor for MIT Enterprise Forum of Cambridge and Pulse/MassChallenge; a member of the Board of Advisors for Institute of Contemporary Art, Boston and the Board of Advisors for SMFA at Tufts University and a certified adaptive ski instructor for Waterville Valley Adaptive Sports.
