FRANKLIN, MA – September 22, 2017 – Mike Iacobucci, CEO at Interactions, LLC, a leading provider of Intelligent Virtual Assistants (IVAs) for enterprise customer care, was recognized as Boston’s “Best Tech Manager” at the Tech in Motion Third Annual Timmy Awards, which recognizes the top technology workplaces. Mike was selected from a competitive pool of finalists, including managers from Rapid7, edX, and Kronos, as well as runner-up Tacita Morway from Salsify.

“We’re delighted to recognize Mike as Tech in Motion Boston’s Best Tech Manager winner, which advocates that a job is more than nine-to-five, but a place where individuals can grow, innovate and learn,” said Mandy Walker, Director of Marketing at Tech in Motion and Motion Recruitment Partners. “Interactions serves as a leader in Boston’s tech community on what it means to recognize and celebrate contributions of the individual as well as the whole team.”

Since joining Interactions as CEO in 2008, Mike has grown Interactions from a startup to an award-winning market leader under these guiding principles: never rest on “good enough”; develop an open and collaborative environment for teammates, clients and partners; swing the pendulum back to providing great customer service; and, perhaps most important, conduct business with the highest levels of integrity. As a result of Mike’s leadership and commitment to his employees, Interactions has been recognized as the world’s fastest growing company in the multi-billion-dollar customer care industry.

“Mike’s leadership is defined by his commitment to employees and customers. Under his watch, Interactions has raised funding, completed acquisitions, hired talent and leadership, and secured the patents necessary to make modern customer care a reality for enterprise companies,” said Jane Price, VP Marketing, Interactions. “Mike inspires everyone at Interactions to exceed not only the goals of the company, but their personal goals as well.”
