Tech Innovator’s Intelligent Virtual Assistant Awarded Top Honor for Enterprise Product of the Year
FRANKLIN, MA (November 28, 2018) – Interactions, LLC, the leading provider of Intelligent Virtual Assistants (IVAs) for enterprise brands, today announced it has been named a Gold winner at this year’s Best in Biz Awards. In the program’s eighth and most competitive year yet, Interactions received the top honor for Enterprise Product of the Year in the Marketing Software category.
The award recognizes Interactions’ success improving the quality of customer care for many of the world’s largest enterprises. In the last two years alone, Interactions continued to enhance its IVA capabilities to provide a superior customer experience, with advances including the 2017 acquisition of social engagement platform Digital Roots. Earlier this year, Interactions announced the integration of full omnichannel capabilities into Interactions IVAs, enabling brands to deliver a personalized and persistent experience across channels
