Interactions takes the Gold at Stevie® Awards

BOSTON, MA – June 18, 2013 – Interactions Corporation was recognized by the American Business Awards as the Business Innovator of the Year at its annual gala in Chicago last night. Interactions was awarded a Gold Stevie® for its revolutionary Virtual Assistant applications in the Consumer Services category.

Interactions works with leading brands including Hyatt, Lifelock, and Humana to drive a natural customer care experience using natural language self-service applications that directly model a live conversation with a customer service agent.

Stevie Award winners were selected by more than 320 executives nationwide who participated in the judging process this year. More than 3,200 nominations were submitted this year for consideration in a wide range of categories.

Nicknamed “the Stevies”  for the Greek word for “crowned,” the trophies were presented to honorees on Monday, June 17 at the Fairmont Chicago Millennium Park Hotel.  The presentations will be broadcast by the Business TalkRadio Network.
