Interactions recognized for empowering a new industry to deliver exceptional customer experiences

Franklin, Mass.—March 6, 2020—Interactions LLC, the largest standalone artificial intelligence (AI) company in the world, today announced it received a Bronze Stevie Award for Sales or Customer Service Solutions Technology Partner of the Year.

The 14th annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service honored the achievements of contact center, customer service, business development and sales professionals worldwide. Interactions was honored for its ongoing commitment to empowering brands to deliver exceptional customer experiences, and specifically the 2019 launch of its new product for food services: Interactions Guest Experience Platform (GXP).

Designed to fit the unique needs of food services, Interactions GXP supports omnichannel ordering to reduce restaurant wait times, enhance accuracy and efficiency and, ultimately, significantly improve the quick service experience. Not only was GXP a milestone launch for Interactions, but it also brought conversational AI to an industry that had been largely untouched by smart technology. Already, Interactions has helped brands leverage AI to field millions of orders and increase revenue.

“At Interactions, we’re committed to building true partnerships with every company we work with,” said Jim Freeze, CMO at Interactions. “We don’t believe in cookie cutter solutions; instead, we pride ourselves on leveraging our proven and highly scalable conversational AI platform to develop solutions that address each brand’s unique challenges. We’re eager to continue empowering brands across industries—from retail, to insurance, to financial services and now to food service—to deliver exceptional customer experiences.”

Interactions recently received a Gold Best in Biz award for its innovation in the food service industry, the latest in a series of accolades recognizing Interactions’ proprietary technology.
